Agent, Producer and Coach

Expertise: marketing, creative talent management, working with neurodiversity

“I am a talent agent and producer using my strengths in marketing, mentoring, leadership, management and relationships to deliver projects professionally and grow the careers of the people I represent.

I established Exceptional Coaching to use my experience and training to bring about positive transformation for more people and organisations.

I value the creative process and uniquely bring the experience of connecting highly gifted people with the business world to my coaching practice.

With my coaching clients, I look at things from all sides; creative and logical, empirical and practical, hypothetical and factual to reframe situations and generate new perspectives.

I believe a shift in perception is key to bringing about change: By helping my clients see what is possible we work together, in partnership, to bring their vision to fruition.

As a result of years of working with highly creative people, my special interest areas include giftedness and hidden differences such as ADHD, ASD, and dyslexia.”

Sally is a qualified coach and Member of the Institute of Leadership. She holds an ILM Level 5 Effective Coaching and Mentoring Certificate and is a Member in the Association for Coaching. She holds a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Diploma, and a Core Coaching Skills Certificate and regularly attends coaching CPD.

Sally is a trained volunteer speaker for Nacoa and volunteers for Turning Point.
